This coaching course is designed for leaders and professionals who want to use coaching with clarity, ethics, depth and practical impact.
It is created for team leaders, CEOs, managers, salespeople, marketers, business owners teachers, healthcare professionals, and other professionals who work with people, responsibility and change.
The programme combines professional coaching foundations, coaching attitude, active listening, powerful questioning, goal and contract work, the GROW model, values, key words, neurological levels, group and team coaching, conflict resolution and coaching leadership.
Participants learn what coaching is, what it is not, and how it differs from psychotherapy, consulting, mentoring, training and advice-giving.
The course is designed built in alignment with the ICF Core Values, the 2025 ICF Core Coaching Competencies and PCC-level markers.
The eight ICF Core Coaching Competencies form the baseline of the training: Demonstrates Ethical Practice, Embodies a Coaching Mindset, Establishes and Maintains Agreements, Cultivates Trust and Safety, Maintains Presence, Listens Actively, Evokes Awareness, and Facilitates Client Growth.
The training is highly experiential. Participants practise in triads as coach, client and observer, receive mentoring feedback, join intervision and gradually build real coaching confidence.
The programme also includes leadership application: coaching conversations between a leader and a team member, developmental conversations instead of traditional performance evaluation, motivation, mediation and handling conflict constructively.
The format combines online and in-person learning in a small-group setting of approximately 3 to 12 participants, allowing enough structure, personal attention and real practice.
What makes this course different is the combination of ICF-aligned standards, psychological depth, leadership relevance, practical coaching business development, small-group intensity and direct personal guidance from an experienced professional coach educator.
